Change is one of Oracle skill which only awesome guy will take it to level 15. How do you consider yourself lucky between get +15 level Mob or -15 level Mob? Which one in your opinion is most luckiest Mob to get out of all possibility in the game?

anyways, don’t waste your point to level that. You are looking for lv 330 kepa which is is easy to kill than lv 315 dungeon mobs
