Please some staff member can answer me some about the next update to the tracendance system

Given the changes in the amount of Blessed Gems necessary for transcendence, when the update hits we expect to reset all transcended items and compensate players with a set of Blessed Gems corresponding to the amount required for transcending their items back to the former stage (100% chance), but we’ll make a more detailed announcement when the patch is ready.

this mean that they only will refund the amount to get the same tracendance on that patch ?¿ so, if I reach t10 on my solmik set now, I will lose the half of my shards ? thats a waste of 190 gems on solmik 2h weapons… :tired:

Even though their english is lackluster sometimes…
They will just give you back the 100%-chance old amount pre that future patch

You arent going to lose any shards, they will be refunding the amount it took for you to stageX (where X = current stage) pre-patch, and resetting all stages to 0 so you can re-transcend what you want.

u dont understand :slight_smile: ppl are upset because they get NEW amount of blessed shard not OLD :slight_smile: that is if u need 50 shards after this patch ( its only example) to upgrade item to stage t10 then u get only 50 and not the number from before the patch

Yeah that isnt true. They get the OLD amount back, not sure how that could be made clearer…

hmm when im reading what they write then I am sure they will give back a new amount of shards, not old .-.

How you guys can be sure that we will get the OLD amount and not the NEW based on this text?

They said that after the change they will give back the amount of gems required to transcend our item back for the former stage, so for example if we have a Primus Raffye Sword Stage10 we invested a total of 290 GEMS. If they will give us the amount required to transcend the item back to Stage10 in the new system that means we will be getting only 142 GEMS.

Besides the fact that it was clarified in GM chat (which I don’t have I just know it happened) think of the outcry that would have taken place if it wasn’t refunded via the old method?

They would be SEVERELY punishing the people who played their game the most. They would lose people in droves.

This means you will get back the gems it took for you to reach stage10, formerly.

They could have just said so then.
I doubt they will give us back less gems than what we’ve spent, that would indeed cause drama for sure, but still. Why not just say

corresponding to the amount you have spent initially

What is the reason for refunding blessed shards back in the first place anyways?

Probably a coding thing. They can’t change how transcendence fundamentally works without altering the item, so the easiest way to implement is to calculate # of gems, reset all to stage0 and refund the gems.

They didn’t refunded the blessed gems people used to transcend their armor after they changed the amount required to each stage… But nevermind, I just saw the recent korean post and if the translation was not wrong we will receive the old amount.

i fail to see how people see the refund calculation is based on the proposed new mechanics ‘w’;;;;;;;;;

i whant to see an answeer by some staff becaus in the past with the first attribute points refound and the change on the price of anvil enhace, a lot o payes lose tons of silver

They didn’t lose anything they got what they paid for at the time they purchased their attibutes. Only people I can think that got screwed are ones who bought attributes the day before the refund.

A ktos GM already confirmed that they’re restoring the amount required to 100% success chance prior to the change.

does that mean you get 100% shards back regardless you had successful transcendences that you gambled at 80% OxO;;
