Hiya!
Since we still have a week of reset event remaining, and I finally narrowed down the builds I like, I’d like to experiment with the swordie class ^^ (my main is SR anyway but swordie is a “for fun” class for me)
My current build is Swordsman3/Cataphract3/Dragoon3 and I love it but I’d like to try all the possibilities so I don’t have to keep making alts/know what alt to make.
I tried almost all classes, the remaining ones I want to try are:
S1/P1/H2/R3/M1/S (thanks for this one @Friend)
S1/P3/R3/M2
That leaves Fencer. I have the general Idea but I have no idea how to build it, I checked the tosbase’s builds but practically each is different. What I tried to make is this: Swordman3/Highlander3/Fencer3
But I’ve no idea what I’m doing. Can someone help? What skills? Full STR or DEX?
better try sw2/barb3/fencer3/matador
or sw3/pelt1/corsair1/fencer3/matador
highlander 3 is not good cause 1.mana cost like hell
2.rapier damage is bad with HL skill
and prepare yourself to fencer’s hell…unless u have $$$$$ fencer is bad choice

Hello for me for PVP This is one of the best build:
Why:
slithering give inmunity to magic.
Shield charge is anti safety zone.
Preparation, increase your block.
Muleta: Counter atack.
Pasó doble: inmune to receive damage.
Back slide: Inmunity to receive damage.
And good CC of the rodelero skills.
Some Basic things:
Pelt is a useless circle for Fencer now.
You get taunt from Matador.
You shouldn´t use cls that use a shield.
“Agressor Attribute” gives you more dmg if you wear a dagger on the lefthand.
Fencer C3> Matador C2
Fencer only get good with C3 before that Fencer isnt good.
Barb C3 gives more Critrate (Cleave/Wild Attribute).
WarCry gives a good atk buff and increase the debuff duration on monster.
Sadly no sw C3 But theres the Pain barriercard ^^
tosbase builder is a bit broken atm, did you mean this? (I tweaked it a bit to my liking)
Also, what stats? Full DEX/STR/mix?
Mix it.
Dex gives you faster atackspeed with some fencer skills and epee gives you 50% more crit atk.
You need some str to hit with low invest str may be better.
More critrate more dex ^^
Sw2-3+Hl2-3 is a good build too with more skills to spam.
For pvp just put Corsair in the build.
Ok, tried it, did a few dungeon runs, done some field farming, and… I realized Fencer is not for me ^^; Sorry for the trouble and thankfully we have reset event, wouldn’t want to grind up and end up not liking it P:
Tomorrow I’mma try the pelta-rode version of my murm.
