Hello! Please help me with skills

1. Dragoon: When I use the skill “Gae bolg” Can I switch weapons (change set) and use the second spear without lifting the first?
2. Doppelsoeldner: Can i use skill “Cyclone” with two-hand spear?
3. Can i use hoplite\Highlander skill with two-hand spear?
4. Dragoon+Highlander\Doppelsoeldner better than Dragoon+Cataphract? Why?
5. For now I consider this build

I can answer a few.
2) Yes
3) Yes, although you need Cata/Dragoon to unlock the ability to use 2h spear. Hoplite only unlock 1h spear.
4) It’s only fair. You’re trading mobility and survivability for dps.

Build looks fine for the most part. Some suggestions though, I would put 3/5 in Bash for CC, and 2/5 in Pain Barrier. Max Concentrate instead. Take 2 pts from Doom Spike for Impaler and Steed Charge. 1pt from Dragon Soar to Gae Bulg.
