I decided the dragoon as my first character. I want a off tank with dps for pve/pvp, good for soloing and team. Because I really like the game but I don’t have time for play. Maybe not the optimal but useful.
Can it work? any change?
what about stats? str and con its important but dex with finestra?

U dont do cata1. If u take cata u must take cata3. Cata1 doesn’t offer the full benefits of movement speed which will help.
As much as u want to do pve and pvp, it is pretty much impossible because their requirements are very different.
For pvp goon u need sw3 cata3 goon with a 2h spear
For pve you go sw>pelt>hop>cata3>goon/hop
For any pve build without pelt means ur gona reroll and rage on forum.
