i have similar problem, but with applications, no games
the problem was the intel video drivers, try older versions or newers
check drivers date and version in “device management”
Make sure to set the width and height to your native resolution in the user.xml file.
If that still doesn’t work then I have no clue.
The ticket will be my “checkmate”. If support can’t help me, I can’t solve this problem, so I tried to find out here in the forum before.

I guess I’m late at the party, just my two cents, I think this is the issue, the minimum graphics card requirement is at least 128 bit memory interface; my old graphics card might not be able to play the game either because it was only 64-bit . based on this document, your graphics card is also 64-bit: http://www.intel.com/assets/PDF/datasheet/320122.pdf
