Please help-me i buy tp and not receive yet!

Hello Saviors, I need help whith this problem, I buy 100 TP in Steam Store and don´t receive.

After past 12 days i´m tyred, Steam and IMC don´t resolve my problem, only send-me automatics e-mails and dont answer “Where is my TP??”"

See…

It´s because I´m Brazilian gamer?

After 6 times tickets, nothing happened, nothing about my TP…

I don´t deserv this, its disrespect with costumer…

I don´t need more automatic answer!!!

I need resolution of my problem, my game is in Salute Server(SA), i need to know if this problem happened in United States gamer???, this problem don´t be resolved???.

you aren’t the only one with the problem…

I recommend checking the TP button each day…

also, what server do you play on?_?

He plays in Silute server. And, yes, he comes every day if there TP available.

This is a very big disrespect to the player.

I’m on the Klaipeda server and just purchased a 300 TP North America pack. I opened the TP menu in the game, clicked Use, and did not receive any TP. I have restarted the game several times and verified the files. Still nothing. There’s nothing now in the in-game TP menu either.

Guess I’ll submit a ticket… :confused:

Edit: It showed up after a while (maybe half an hour or so).

12 days without receiving the TP. TWELVE.
