Please Help! Bought TP Bundle 6-7 days ago haven't reached! ☹

Hi ToS Players,

So this is my first time buying the TP Bundle only besides the DLC. I bought it around 6-7 days ago and it haven’t reached up until now and I am really disappointed on how long this is taking me to get my TP. Does it usually takes this long for you guys? Because from my experience buying DLC it will instantly goes to your mail section as far as I know.

Total: 3 x 100TPBundle = 300 TPBundle

p.s: I bought it 3x which the first is 6-7 days ago from steam client then 2nd 2 days ago (6th Nov) and just now I was curious I bought it from the website.

I TRIED CONTACTING THE SUPPORT 3X AND ALL THEY SAY IS THANKS FOR LETTING THEM KNOW AND PLEASE BE PATIENT.

I need real help on this matter! or anyone has the same problem?

Have you tried clicking the big TP button in game?
TP doesn’t arrives in team mail
