Fedimian was almost unplayable for nearly the whole of sunday (or all of it depending on your timezone) More than HALF the maps were not accessible. It was so bad that some of us could not level or quest on ANY character at all, due to critical maps simply not being accessible, not even via warp. You could not run most missions or dungeons (got an error). We had chars stuck in inaccessible maps that had to be moved by sending a ticket to support.
I jokingly guessed in many complaint topics that at most we’d get an exp tome+reset voucher. And boy I’m not happy to see I’m right about it.
These 2 items have ben given on concept of 'temporary maintenance’
NO. That might be compensation for the maintenance itself (1 hour of playtime lost) but what about not being able to play during the WHOLE day of the week most people have time? Or being able to play EXTREMELY handicapped and with errors left and right, or being unable to leave a map you were trapped in? What about if we had an exp tome already running in our characters?
This costumer treatment is outrageous.
This deserves FAR more compensation. And it’s not entitlement, it’s very basic and logic costumer care. And while I’m talking about the Fedimian issue specifically in here, this applies to the whole of IMC and their problems as well. STOP mistreating us.
Stuff like this CANNOT go unanswered, it establishes a precedent to what is acceptable in dealing with their users and this is a royal screw you to all of us. Just wow.
