I understand you want to keep out some strong language here and there, but from what I’ve looked into, this issue goes back a long time. When players still can’t ask what class someone is without it censoring to “cl***”, there’s something wrong with how you created your filter.
First of all, this is a Teen-rated game. Not being able to say “ass” in general is a bit silly. Second of all, chat filtering should be optional. We’re all using the internet, the majority of us can handle some passing (sorry, p***ing) language in random day-to-day conversation.
After reading through some of the concerns from the past, it seems as though no one has listened, or even attempted to take a look at how ridiculous this censoring filter is.
Just let us say “class”! There are 80+ of 'em in the game and we can’t even call by them by their actual name. >_>
