Please adjust your website: It's not CET but CEST

Ok, so after reading some informations for a few patch notes/maintenance announcements, I stumbled upon the issue that you address our CEST[Central European Summer Time, i.e. the daylight saving time] as CET[ Central European Time, i.e. the regular time from last week of October till last week of March].
Examples:

While some people might not confuse the times, it might produce a mistake as some European countries don’t have the daylight saving time [i.e. Iceland, Russia and Belarus] and people in the other European countries might actually think the maintenance starts an hour early.

Also, not everyone knows the different other timescales to come up with the correct time after addition or substraction of the specific hour differences.

It’s easy to fix, just write CEST instead of CET and the information is correct
