There is only 2 Channels in Tenet Church 1F, its impossible farm Battle bracelet over there, Galok has more than 5min Respawn (btw he is extremely rare monster), and the chance to drop Battle Bracelet is way to low, there is always AFK farmers EVERYWHERE, and people doing stuffs, how the hell someone can farm one item with less than 1% chance to drop in only 2 Channels with alot of AFK farmers, and people doing stuffs.
By suffering of course.
Also TC1F is not the only place where you can find Galoks.
More channels for farming means more channels for farming, for both you and the afk farmer.
