LMAO you can’t report someone for using their skills.It’s like people reporting a Thaumaturge for reversing all the magic arrows and ground magic attacks.
It’s part of competition man,get use to it.If you want to get over the wall,all they have to do is use the return quest teleport trick to get over it.

Aside from quest teleport, you could also switch channels, get in, and switch back, or just arrive earlier.
It is annoying behavior, but those are some things you can do until IMC takes a stance.
Call a QS friend and just use this
