is this unacceptable? never knew it.

RMT… Real Money Trades (Trade, Trading, etc)

basically the only place you’re allowed to spend real money for the game is in the cash shop.

@peternguyen026 you probably should have reported this via ticket.

i see, this happens in a lot in Ragnarok. never thought it’s illegal.

Ragnarok currency can be used to buy anything at the time, and so does real word currency can be used to buy anything in ragnarok. i’ve bought other game voucher with zeny and it was the best feeling.

this is allowed, for purchase of anything within the game.

all of this is (probably) illegal in Ragnarok. i don’t know their exact terms of service, but it would be illegal in basically every other game, and i assume the same for RO as well.

Attention please.

Why have you posted this on the forums? Just make a support ticket and let them deal with it. At best they will take note of his name.

I’m sure this kind of thread falls under a kind of ‘Name & Shame’ categorey that most forums don’t allow, but not sure what stance IMC takes on this, I cant imagine they’d approve though.

firstly it goes against Terms of Service.

secondly this type of transaction is prone to scam - person that offers real money probably wont go 1st on trade and then wont keep their part of bargain, or just charge backs later. Person that gets scammed cannot even contact IMC about it without prospect of getting banned himself. So it is a lose-lose situation for seller.

Just shut up and scam that guy for some free cash.

It’s no wonder people try to RMT with such poor game design.

“not catering to your whims” is not the same as “poor game design”.
