Anyone knows why even leveling up this attribute the bonuses doesnt improve? It is worth to level it?

the bonuses that the skill gives is actually the bonus you get when the skill is on lvl 10
And after lvl 10? The game still gives the chance to lvl it up to lvl 11 but there’s still no changes in values
leveling it gives more HP, not higher damage reduction.
so it only gives me more bonuses at higher levels? Theres is a milestone? Example: for each 5 levels you gain 5% more hp…
something like that. i dont know how high the lvl goes also. but it goes something like that.
To me it feels like +1% HP per level,
It’s not by percent, but by a fixed number per level.
I forget the exact value though.
Where or how can i up this attribute?
The attribute no longer requires to be levelled up. All characters start with it maxed at level 1.
