I am planning to play as a full time support, especially healer.
How about this bd: cleric C3, priest C3, pd C1, int & con?
Anyone has any suggestion? Will it be useful or popular for endgame, especially earth tower?

better go cleric>priest3>chaplain>cleric2>pd (priest also need spr)
personally id pick up Krivis c1 over Cleric c2, to combo Zalciai with Inceneration, if you were planning to get it.
C2 offers so much more than Krivis 1.
+20 hits on Safety wall.
Additional Heal Squares.
Cure is worse, but scales similar to Zaibas. Good Damage after level 300.
Daino isnt as required as before. Zalciai gives 1 or 2 seconds to inceneration. Not exactly a huge increase in damage.

you can be both (decent)dps and (very good)support. I can’t detail stats allocations but pd only need 3 skills Healing Factor, Incineration and Bloodletting may spare one point at most to Fumigate and Pandemic.
