I just want to clarify about this attribute, Pandemic: Spread Incineration. Does this mean I have to use Pandemic after incineration so that it can be spread? Or incineration will spread to enemies who’re hit by Pandemic beforehand?
Use Pandemic to spread Black Death Steam AND Incineration.

Quite unsure if it is worth to make Pandemic lv 11. I’m Full SPR Cleric 2 > Diev 3 > Miko > PD 3, by the way.
Depends if PD is your main route to damage or if your PD is focused on support. Pandemic will also become very SP hungry - without some SPR you will use a lot of SP pots, especially in challenge where you want spam your damage skills.
I’m focused on support. DPS is just secondary. I’m a Full SPR build, so SP isn’t really a huge concern.

Just have it available imo. My pd3 rotation can go status debuff>incineration>pandemic while bds on cooldown. While my pd2 pandemic has to wait bds off cd. I think higher pandemic gives better spread count to target too.
My concern is the number of points I need to allot for it. Hahaha! I’m guessing I’ll drop Methadone to lv 1 instead of lv 5 then.
