I saw a pic of Inq. C2 skill today. I wonder what may PD3 looK like.

Post said picture? But for new rank skills i wish cannon c3 to have a strike damage melee Cannon Bash skill with absurd base damage to shove that huge cannon inside the sages hole (Missile Hole of course)
IMO,
PD3 has 1-2 new skills.
Inner Gas: stop debuff timers for all enemies in area of this skill, duration 5s-10s, cooldown 40s.
Deepest Breath: reduce Physical Def. 100-250 and Poison Resistance 35-60 per debuff count for all enemies in a small area. This debuff will remove in 5 sec after move out of the area, duration 8s, cooldown 30s.

Hope PD C3 will have new pandemic attribute of allowing it to spread incineration.

Or the same for Incineration, they could rework the actual one to spread not only debuffs/dots but the own Incineration dot.
