Plague Doctor Build Planning

Hi Guys,
I’m planning to create a PD for me. Looking for some builds to plan, I had interest in doing Cleric3, Sadhu3, PD 2, which I believe is the classical build for this path. But, I was reading and saw many people talking about variants. So, considering I’m looking for a DPM AoE build for many possibilities like survivability, DGs, Bosses, ET maybe, can you experts help me out with pros and cons of the following:

Cleric3, Sadhu3, PD2
Cleric2, XXX, Sadhu3, PD2 (Krivis, Miko, Bokor Diev??)
Cleric3, Bokor3, PD2
Cleric2, XXX, Bokor3, PD2 (Krivis, Miko,priets, Diev??)

sadhu3 vs bokor3
sadhu3 highest damage with transmit prana, strong attack skill, strongest burst
bokor3 strong wide range attack/big aoe hex pandemic effigy, run faster, zombie

filler
priest1 - res
diev1 - cdr -20%, tree tp, slow mob
bokor1 - strong hex effigy combo as filler
krivis - don’t
miko - meh
cleric3 - strongest heal bomb nuke, max divine might, more skill level on safety/fade/cure

***sadhu is rank4 = u can’t get miko, bokor is rank = u can pick any rank6 as filler class
