Question for anyone with their ears to the ground in kOBT. If you use Hexing then Pandemic, will Effigy affect every target that is cursed or only one target at a time?
Probably yes. I guess it works like Joint Penalty does…
Effigy will hit every target that is hexed simultaneously, I’m pretty sure. I saw a video on this somewhere, but I can’t find it now.
