Im lv 150-160 is demon prison the only place I can grind since the dina bee is being taken by all afk sorcerers

Yes, those two areas you mentioned are the two most well known spots and the only two I’ve found to have decent enough mob density to grind at. I’d like to mention that reporting non-bot players has consequences. (suggested not to do what zhoayun137 said)
change channels, its a perk of being a summoning class, you chose to be melee, nobody said melee was easy, sorcerer is probably the easiet class in the game
all channels are being occupied by sorc so I guess i will only be farming at demon prison
You could try partying with them. Some are quite nice and will let you leech EXP/silver (probably out of guilt who knows).
