What is this, an LN?!
It’s pretty typical in LNs (think SAO for those who don’t read LNs I guess?) to have killing innocents give you some sort of ‘criminal’ debuff, but killing said criminals be free, and sometimes even rewarding.
Tíbia online is the model I have in mind.

Yeah. just when he kills a noob, he drops all his stuff in storage and uses crap gear. Then he wants to kill another noob, he will get his stuff back, kill the player and then keep back in storage.
