I tried the same test pre iCBT1 release, and the results were horrible (between 200-400 latency)
But when I got my hands on the game, hah! I didn’t notice it at all (not even during visually-intensive grinds), that or I was just a tad too euphoric - which is unlikely, coz i loathed the grind!
I know this might not exactly be the case for iCBT2, considering it was just a mere 5k population back, but Ill stay hopeful as always.
I hope Its not too horrible . Maybe I need some VPN for sure.

I’m from Singapore (SEA region) and i got a ping of 260ms…
So sad for far region 
35, this would be the first time I’ve played a game that started out so low for me. (with the only other game being League, which just moved to a more central area for NA servers, giving me an average of 45)
From JB, Malaysia here… Around mid 200s ping usually, low 200s if i used lowerpingbeta…
Used to play Vindictus (US Server) from SEA last time using AOL desktop. It cuts down most of the ping, but lags when there are too many players around. Not sure if it will work for TOS.
Get a better internet service.
Don’t use time-warner or dish please. (If your in NA)
Isn’t this CBT region locked though? I doubt they use that server for all regions.

And yes, it region locked, but ppls from other countries are still trying to crawl in~ Not that we didn’t tryed ourselves.
