Yep it start around those level but it’s only 1 monster type per map but after level 200 (especially 230 before you change to rank 7) all monster in every map will hit like a truck, all monster simple equal to elite monster from that point.

My friend told me yesterday, atm there is no solo content after you hit rank 7, most monster use range attack mostly poison and ice element(some with fire that’s cause burn) dispeller is require for normal grinding and questing, pt is a must.

Im a solo player, but I actually feel good about this/ haha

Once again, you don’t need physical link to share surespell across the party. You need spiritual chain.

The damage is not just split among the targets right? It also reduce some of the damage taken if im not wrong, not sure tho.

Alternatively, find a party with another Wiz 3 player, as linker tends to work best with those.

What’s the point if physical link cancels spiritual chain anyway?

in theory you can just: Spiritual Link > Sure Spell > Physical link.

I don’t think it’s wise to cast 2 skills just to make physical link work

I don’t know what to say do people here only know how to spam skill to keep it up all the time when it off cooldown or something.

Do you guy know this word right? ‘use the right man do the right job’, then why don’t you use the right skill at the right time. I never said a word ‘you have to use it all the time or keep it up 7/24’ just use it when it need.
I know most of you read DiscKZee thread then tell me what rank 7 class has defend buff / reduce damage skill.

What is the point of spiritual chain other than share buff/life line? please tell me.

I will not post any proof here because most of ppl here say it’s ‘useless skill’ there is no point to show how to use a useless skill.

Yes, that. Technically the buff you need from spiritual link is just sure spell and lifeline.

I think everyone out there needs to read this again. I’ve seen a lot of people using physical link. IMC should definitely do something about this terrible skill.

Clearly you haven’t used Physical Link since the recent patch (maybe 2, 3 weeks ago?) stating that it was fixed. It has since been tested and it actually finally works the way it’s supposed to now. Don’t necro a thread with claims based on outdated information.

I repeat, DO NOT tell people not to use Physical Link just because you can’t be asked to double-check your assertions. Physical Link is a very beneficial skill in parties due to its ability to account for high-damage enemies by dividing the damage evenly between party members.

So you’re saying it will no longer cancel everyone’s skills being cast when everyone is hit over and over? I know they supposedly fixed the HP balance when hit, but it’s not a “use all the time” skill especially when healers in the game only have a few ways to heal until we are waiting 30 to 40 seconds int he middle of a battle trying to heal everyone.

You provided one possible instance where Plink could work when someone would get one shot or something, but the average inconvenience of the skill should not be overlooked.

That inconvenience would only exist without Wiz C2’s Surespell and Linker C3 spiritual Link IIRC.

Well I wrote that post based on iCBT2 info and wasn’t aware of how broken phisical link was on release. I know IMC fixed damage distribution, but doesn’t everything I wrote still apply?

I remember having a Linker with that skill on an older character on another server, but it knockbacked everyone when a boss attacked with knockback. Also a squishie would deal dangerous results if attacked unless it was a tank being attacked. So they fixed it?
