Malleus is the most ridiculous pvp skill ever. all the ppl knows

About MH, the problem was not the in one skill, is one thing that a lot of ppl said in this topic the PVP BALANCE. This game needs apply different effects, numbers and rates for pvp skills, like Cryo freeze, for example.

We can see the example of Dragon Nest, other game that i played some years ago. The pvp mode was so different of pve mode that some useless skills in pvp was amazing. (Today with new classes and new rankings needs some rebalancing).

No one talks about Malleus because Missle Hole blocks 90% of its damage.

No one talks about Gohei because it actually balances pvp for all other classes…besides archers.

Dethrone is fine. Easy to dodge and easy to see coming.

Headshot? lel missle hole.

Agny + Incinerate is the only problem with PD. Their other PD2 skill is countered by antidotes.

Revenge7 is fine now. Either weapon swap or wait for a miko to gohei to trigger it.

MH should be only 5 seconds in pvp. As long as it remains unchanged in pve I wont have any complaints. Inner cancer, tevhrin, etc requires sage. I dont want to grind all the way to 330 just because an entitled judgmental crybaby kid cries about one skill. Yup most likely this will be considered as hue

There’s a difference on actual hue and when you post your opinion related to topic. Well, ignoring the offensive part of your topic, I don’t think changing it in PvE is a great deal (as long it’s put thought on it to not make the skill useless be it PvE or PvP) depending on how it is changed. But it is always interesting to have unique changes for PvP instead of all-in-one fix since both scenarios are totally different.

because before gohei 95% of CC was stopped by prophecy which had a 100% uptime.

This forum has become a whining for some “flavor of the season” skill.
Before was this skill than came rank 7 and omg that skill got so op nerf it plz…
Then now rank 8, omg this skill is over max power need to nerf this cause my class cant take it
Then will came rank 9 and the new flavor will be target.
Please i know some skills are overpower right now like some were when rank 7 came.
Please just acept the game will change and the new over power will be the new underpower.
Just see how piro and cryo changed positions cause off one item.

Not, that’s not the case.

Something that makes you invulnerable is ALWAYS strong. Something that grants immunity to missile dmg will always be strong.

See golden thief bug card in ragnarok. Broken since launch, the only thing that keeps it from being reworked is how “difficult” it is to get. Not like a common skill from a rank 8 character.

Today [GM]Orange warped to me in-game and said they saw my post on this forum. They said they fully understand what we need and that they are reading our posts here, that’s why he came to meet me.

[details=My personal opinion:]While I agree it is hard to expect changes as everyone knows, it gives a small glimpse of hope to think that they’re actually considering adjusting the skill, and yeah, if the skill is balanced it will take some time to reach our version.

It feels there are no current status on anything related to Missile Hole since there aren’t much direct things said about the skill itself, so I also expect it to take some time before we read about it on balance talks.

Again, mostly nothing new. Aside from knowing that they’re actually reading the forums and forwarding suggestions to their team.

After this we ended up entering on other topics about PvP/TBL where I talked about how match-making doesn’t make balanced team for most of matches, about if possible to add Rank criteria to match-making and about AFK players which they will consider a new way to prevent it from happening. As well I asked about Orange’s opinion on if we will get more TBL sessions to play, Orange’s personal opinion is that it needs more sessions since a lot of players ask for it, yet it isn’t official, he will forward this to the team, we need to wait announcements anyway.[/details]

Holy moly let me sum up this:

Serious note: they won’t communicate with Korean devs = if Koreans don’t see the necessity of adjusting MH nothing will happen.
Basically threads here are useless since iToS won’t do anything without kToS permission (God bless us if they touch the code without supervision, rip IToS definitely), and as you said, even if they do you’ll be crying for like 4-5 more months :wave:

I already saw this many times
With wugushi impossible poison+cloaking,cryo freeze cc loop forever,pd healing factor,e much other that now is not a problem anymore.
As i said missile hole is op yes but is somethung that with time will be dealt with.
And as i said today underpower is tomorrow over power.
There is always the flavor of the month

they SHOULD nerf or DELETE actual Missile Hole is a ■■■■■■■ Joke, they killed all the Archer Burst damager for PvP… i’m very dissapointed, go and ■■■■ yourself with “Reroll or just change to hunter/falconer, lol” at least gohei should remove MH buff… NOTHING counters it.

This discussion…coming from a sage enthusiast, pve performance is in no need of a nerf. Missile hole’s relatively short cast radius is already an occasional nuisance in some groups. No need to relegate sage to the same tier of usefulness as enchanter ffs.

Oh…this thread is in pvp context only. Yeah, sure let them do whatever. Btw did they remove tbl yet? :smirk:
