Where it happened:
Went back to lodge and my pet was no longer there. Nor in game on my characters.
Bug Description : Pet is just MIA
I’m facing the same problem my pet appears in the character screen but i can’t summon it from the pet summon master say no pet to summon.
Well in my case my pet is literally gone from in game and my lodge. I wouldn’t be so upset about it if I hadn’t paid real cash for him.

same problem, a lot of people got their pets deleted… rip

It’s good to know I’m not the only one. Wonder if they are going to address the issue.

I guess it is just gone. Hopefully they will notice and fix it for us.
Mine dissappeared today ._. whats happening to the pets.
This has happened to me as well, spent $ on this… I would like to see my lvl 53 Hoglan again…
this isn’t the same issue at all… at least you can equip yours, ours left character and lodge.
Everyone they answered my ticket and said they would recover my pet. Submit a ticket under support.
