Perspective Distortion SP consume Issue

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : xbox

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : any

Bug Description : skill text is read consume 3sp/sec
but in reality after use [Perspective Distortion] lv. 1 full cast
my sp is missing for 600sp that 60sp/sec

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Use skill
2. watch remaining sp
3. it not 3sp/sec

3% of 1681 is around 50.something
