Person abusing My pyromancer skill mechanics

can we please make it so only the pyromancer can move the fireballs, this is just stupid.

Ha, everyone competes over grind areas. Either out do him so he moves, or move your self. Crying about it won’t do anything, he not doing anything against the rules.

the problem is I have no way to out do him. Only pyromancers fireball can be moved by other players. This report is more of a way to show the devs they need to fix it. If I had a way to counter him honestly I would. But I had zero ways within the game to fight back. It is not right that only pyromancer has this weakness.

Also this can still be classified as abuse.

Not really because they can’t control where you put your fire ball and they can’t control the size of a melee swing, that is all IMCs doing its hard to classify as abuse.

But yea people have been asking for a toggle attribute for fireball to remove the knock back since beta.

100% not joking, they need to not allow outside members to move fireballs. Atleast not with melee attacks. Honestly I regret going pyromancer because of it.

This is honestly all I want.

It isnt right that they can harm my dps but I cant do anything to theirs. it is very one sided when trying to maintain a farming spot. I have no way to counter it.

obviously its my own mistake, I didnt research on if fireballs could be knocked back by enemies… as stupid as that is. I just figured theyd be a projectile like most games. These fireballs arent even worth using in pvp if enemies can just sword swing them away

Not to deny the problem we have right now, but adding an attribute will bring the same problem we have between archers x pyros. Go to some popular archer spots (usually with flying monsters) and you will see pyros leaving fireballs in spawn spots, while archers can’t move them. Pyros monopolize these spots for easy grinding. This happened a lot in the previous CBT, where I played a Hunter and a Sorc (that had pyro in it).

I understand your problem but I think they have to rework the skill mechanic, because with or without the attribute there will be complaints.

maybe getting a linker sub class could help XD
