Can the video be edited…?
I believe to a certain extent. As long as you don’t mess with audio and the footage doesn’t have any effects on it. It should be okay, we need confirmation though.

Also the in game recorder does not record ANY sound. So I assume adding a Tree of Savior BGM is ok, cause otherwise the video would be pretty boring.

Well ok but, even if it does record sound, when you cut and edit like I did, the sounds will be all choppy and weird. Why not just allow a ToS BGM over the whole video with no additional edits to audio.
