A video clip addressed to IMC will be really great. Since they are having maintenance, they might be able to resolve the bug before it goes up.

Your support is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered in any game! Goddamit, get your ■■■■ together and get at least a single staff member that cares and understands what we are trying to tell you! @Staff_Julie seemed to care and she was respected by the community for her commitment…but you, the remaining staff members are doing a absolutely terrible job!
