People Past LV 250, I have a question for you

Since Rank 8 Damage is absurd comparing even to rank 7, How does the damage of first Ranks Scale? Or the damage is not so differet from what Rank 8 can do?

I mean, Rank 2,3,4 became just to take Skills of support/debuff to complement later ranks.
You all still use the first skills or just the ones that give support/debuff?

For swordsman.
For example highlanders out there: CrossCut still nice at the end game, or is just another skill to spam after Rank 8 skills are in countdown?

Thanks for your atention.

@MattBR sorry for mark you, but you is one of the most experienced on this part. What can you tell me about the Skills of Highlander on the end game, that are not to make debuff, still do any damage?

Low rank skills are only acceptable if you have a good amount of atk, since they scales 100% of your Patk/Matk and has really low base damage.

Your weapon efficiency is increased up to double the amount if you have the damage attribute maxed out.

Oh thanks for your help. I think I understand what you said.

So, maybe is worth put Lots of STR and Glass Mole cards for example to increase that?

No, full str will give you 900 atk, fully upgraded weapon will give you 6k atk. You better crit with with your 6k atk, go full dex.

Thanks @eralp96 I was imagining that.

As long as atk+skillatk surpasses def, even rank 1 stuff can hit hard.

And there’s combos that make low rank skills hit just as strong, Feint+Barrage comes to mind.

P.s: Actually, trans makes it so eventually only multihit will matter for a skill, since every strong single hit skill reaches damage cap, you’re better trying to make your multihits reach as close as cap as possible, that’s why Doppel is so ridiculously strong.

Cross Cut and Sky Liner (without Bleed) do about 20K each hit, Moulinet do the same (or more) damage of Zucken (with Shock) and Vertical Slash do between 60K~165K against World Bosses. My weapon is Trans lvl 6, but I’m always satisfied with their damage because it’s my playstyle. Spam some damage skills instead of buff myself and hit, hit […].

@MattBR thanks for the infos, you one of top-pro players out there. Really thanks.

@leleconildo I see, your point very important. I’m planning a new build, but I have a Fencer too, I see the multi-hit skills do much more than the strong skills, but I never passed LV220 in any character.

I believe I now can do a new build without so many doubts.

Thanks for all you, for the infos and time.

Using a +10 Five Hammer with 5x Lv6 Red Gems with 100% INT (859 after bonuses) only invested at Lv330. My Cha-Ora-Inquisitor has 2780 Magic Attack and can decimate most mobs up to Lv330, all while taking only 1 damage myself (most of the time, can be tweaked depending on the enemy).

Most notably, Heal with [Blessing] produces a [double hit] effect and is one of my best burst skills. Heal is a skill a Cleric can get at Lv1.

Exceptions to this scenario are fights against Demon Lords [World Boss], but I don’t bother with them anyway.

TL;DR You can technically continue to use your early rank skills, provided you’ve overcome the [Your Attack vs Enemy Defense] issue.

You don’t need 315 weapon, you just need better pdef and mdef especially.

Oit kai, aku dah dapat 1 practo :stuck_out_tongue:

nah u need 315 to progress
and better pdef, mdef too
jem nas, ang rupanya hehe
