Thinking of going Swordman>PeltastaC3>Squire>FencerC2.
I want to be a tank. I want Squire. And i want the ability to solo. Will this work?
Or its too hybrid?
You can, the path however will be too painful for you until fencer, if you can endure that, it’s okay.
But I don’t recommend Pelt 3 on fencer, 1 Is usually enough(or 2 if you want pel2>rodel2>fencer), you can take 2 barbs after pelt for reliable AOE stun and barb bursts, or 2 highlanders for crosscut-skyliner slash types but IMO barb 2 would be more effective.
If you enjoy the Pelt3 gameplay it will be fine, you will be using it over 130 levels as your gameplay style wont dramatically change til fencer 2.
Yep, untill you get to peltasta C3 is hard to lvl up…
From there on (save 5 points to spend on butterfly later… believe me, you will love it)
You can trade damage from C3 and took Rodelero C1 wich gives you more “time to tank” Your primary way to kill will be patience, not brute force anyway.
But butterfly is awesome, really awesome xD Peltasta C3 is worth it…
That comes from personal experiencie… the Squire part is slow… because you don’t feel better (because I choose that too) And, item repairs are not cheap enough to make a difference (unless you want to make some money, wich is still not as much as a pardoner)
Maybe you could opt for rodelero C1 instead of squire… if you want to change a bit your gameplay.
Fencer goes well with peltasta (specially the evasion skills)
