Peltasta => ? Pel/Hop ? => Cataphract

Greetings Saviors,

right now I am leveling my Peltasta and asking myself: Am I better turning again into a Peltasta because Swash Buckling is a great skill - or do I better change into a Hoplite because of the better damage skills and of course Finestra?

Plus - if I go Hoplite because of Finestra should I start to increase DEX too for more critical hits because otherwise Finestra is kinda useless end game with “only” +50crit hit (I dont really get the critical systems yet because its kinda extensive…)

And do you still use the Hoplite Skills after you changed into an Cataphract or do they become kinda useless because of the low dmg?

And the last question - my companion. Because I want to mount it later on, which stats should I increase there?

My Stats right now with lvl 34: 42 Str 15 con 10 dex
I want to go like Swordman => Peltasta => Pel/Hop => Cataphract => Catraphract => Cataphract => Dragoon

This is my build. Still use pierce 5 and stabbing 5 as a cataphract. Does good damage on bosses still.

I’m high str, and medium dex. I just started putting in CON for dungeons. You need the extra HP.

I still crit a lot with finestra 5.

This build rapes. Lots of strong AOE, and trot rocks.

I play with controller. I press the left thumbstick in too change between 1hspear+shield and cast shawshbuckle. Once I have them mobbed I hit it again to switch to 2h spear and then I destroy the mob. The change is instant no lag.

I get lots of compliments.
