Anyone knows how much the block stat increases when you use C (Shield Guard attribute)? The bonus block is flat or %?

I dunno but when i was playing it i used to block almost everything, i’dd say around 80% if not more.
Guarding increases the block stat by around 180, and this is a flat amount.
The total guarding stat calculation goes like:
base block stat + (180(from guarding)
- 25%(from max level Shield Mastery: Block attribute))
- Con(this increases the block stat when a shield is equipped
may not be the actual calculation
The actual block rate is based on the monster’s block penetration versus your block stat.
