Bug Description :
I was doing all the npc quests and I have completed 5 npc’s quests to receive lvl 4 EXP Books to lvl. I have not received any and when I Continued to do so I haven’t got any yet. I don’t know if its a bug or if I am lagging. Please lmk whats going on.
