Payment slip bug IS REAL

First of all sorry about my broken English.
It’s still possible to exploit payment slip bug.
I hope they really fix it.

1 - Open steam
2 - Open ToS. Do NOT click on any server
3 - Generate a new playment slip (boleto bancário).
4 - Go back to ToS and click on any server (tested on orsha).
5 - GG. Now you have access and premium items.
