Patcher problem that still exist from an angry payed customer T_T

basically i bought the founders pack and i have retried it many times since the last month.it keeps dced at 98%
i tried finding alternatives but it keeps faileding like dling updater files.
i have contacted the support multiple times.
as a person who pays for the founders pack and couldn’t get in after a month ,it just makes me irritated a bit andd just get that feeling of being cheated.i have send support tickets and thier reply was a copy and patse which i have tried everything and had a fren whos playing in TOS now to see wats happening.

Right click on Tree of Savior (English Ver.)
Click on Properties
Click Local Files tab
Click Verify Integrity of Game Cache

if the way above can’t help you, go Steam Library, Right Click on ToS, Remove Content, then redownload ToS again

done it a million times . reinstall TOS at least 50 times and b4 reinstalling i make sure in steamapps TOS is deleted completely.

Maybe your internet is inconsistent?

Can you provide screenshots of your launcher failing?

is there an error when it “dced on 98%” ? or it just stop
firewall/antivirus checked? do they block ToS downloader? try to close firewall or antivirus when update, see it will solve your problem?

it cant be internet problem.tested it .it always hit at 98% then it fails.i even tried without the founders pack today by clicking the tick off in steam and same thing happens.
sigh …

no it just auto dced .(basically the IMG patcher just dissapeares)

try close your firewall and antivirus, then launch ToS again

tested that too.i killed off my antivirus and my firewall too

Have you tried running it on a fresh new reformatted system yet?

if you uploading pic to forum, you has to wait until the Uploading… turn into picture, then only click reply button…

back into topic:
normally when patcher completed the update, it will auto close then it launch ToS Client…but your case, it seem something going wrong at 98% or something block it from updating or launching…

antivirus is completely off now . and firewall too .but it seems it kills off again

try Verify Integrity of Game Cache while your antivirus and firewall off
