Patch problem since after maintenance (Jan. 3, 2017)

I have been having this problem since yesterday, after maintenance. I’ve done re-patching and turning off anti-virus and firewall but still the problem persists.

Can somebody assist me in this problem?

^ copy and paste the value on “release.revision” file on your tos folder

I’m going to C ‘n’ P this value to the file you’ve specified or I’m going to copy all the values in revision file and paste it here in the message?

open this file, remove everything written in the file,
paste this value: 148158

Hi,
It’s impossible to reach any server since the maintenance patch
Could anybody explain why this problem occurs?
I’m on Fedimian Server but when I choose this server, or any other, nothing happens. It’s really embarassing.
