If for whatever reason you’re having troubles downloading the patch or can’t get past the launcher, you can manually download the patch files here:

You have to extract the zip file into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\patch then run the patcher, it will retrieve the files locally. Should save you quite a bit of time.
