Need full translation but they added new skill for Oracle and Cyro rank 3. The new skill for Oracle is called Prophecy. Cyro rank 3 new skill is frost pillar.

Prophecy

It protects the party from abnormal status effects. The skill at Lv 1 lasts 10 seconds and protects from 2 abnormal status effects.
