Achievment mentions progressing party quests… what are these? How do I even get them? I tried to google it and it yielded no solid results.

ok thanks, so I am not there yet. 
You don’t need anyone in your party. Just click Create Party, talk to the NPC. If you don’t get Watcher Erra (I think, Tenet quest), Captain Uska in Klaipeda, or the Sorcerer Master in Forest of Prayer, Leave Party, Create Party, and try again. These three quests are easily soloable and very quick to complete.

The Disappearance (captain Uska) is my personal Favorite. There’s a quest in Forest of Prayers that gives you a warp to Klaipeda Cleric Master that I use to finish it cheaper/faster. Never turn-in that quest. 
I want the cute Ally title for finishing 100. c.c
