I’m lookjng for information on the party quests which are available at the mercenary post in Fedimian. I see that you get the blue hair unlocked after completing 25 party missions, and I’ve heard that you can get gems / hats for completing them as well.
Please share some information here about what the quests are, including requirements to access them, how to complete them and what the rewards are?

I just did a few. What they do is the party leader has to go into mercenary post and speak to the party quest guy to accept the quest.
All members who want to join your quest should be in the party when your accepting it. You can do 5 every day.
Each quest will require you to go to a random location on the map to talk to another npc to initiate.
After completing you get a cube. I got 3 yellows and 5 green gems for the two cubes I opened.

Some stuff to note:
You can solo it, just create a party and talk to the npc.
Disband party and change channel to “abandon” quest without using up a run.
The quest ‘The Enemy’s Smell’ is the quickest IMO, it only requires you to kill an easy boss.
disappearances is very easy, you kill 6 normal mobs.
Ive done 50 quests and got 49 cubes full of gems, and 1 cube had a surrender flag in it.
The gems are a good reward though, working on my 4th level 5 gem
What lvl gems do you get there? I did my first party quest today and got 3 lvl1 blue gems… Not that good i think, considering the time to do quest?
Look for those easy easy quests. There are two that take literally 5 minutes to do. If you don’t get the quest you want, abandon and change channel.
They seem like a good way to get gems, which are great as exp fodder for other gems, and if you can get hats then that’s cool as well.
