Party member join a quest can't move attack and skill

I am play nomal map with my friend and shere quest to help
but after cutscreen all of member is’t start a quest is Stuck!!

Can’t move
Can nomal attack but… don’t hit monster
Can’t Skill

Only way to fix charater back to nomal is logout

Plz help us

Still collecting reports?? it’s been two weeks already thanks to the June 28 update…too excited to put cash shop items rather than improving the game :-1:
