The point is that it’s random matching. That’s how it’s supposed to be. How exactly do you expect them to determine that (Well, I guess they could have a checkbox for what sort you are)? If you want a balanced party, then… join a party.
Party system is pretty shitty anyways.
It’s worth it for that extra EXP; Take the risk for the reward.
