Party finder missing?

Bug Description:
I dunno if this is intentional or not, perhaps I missed something in announcements, but was Party Finder system removed?
When I open party UI I only get the left side allowing me to form and manage a party. The right side of the UI with party finder does not show up at all.
Is this intentional?
In Re:Build I finally see a reason to use this system and now it’s gone.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Open Party menu.
  2. Party Finder UI doesn’t appear.

Could I get a clarification on this?
Was party finder intentionally removed? Is this a bug? Will party finder be back?

It was removed/disabled a longer time ago. something about bugs or massive lags
