On a complete utter sidenote, this game must be incredibly processor-intensive if it lags and gets down to ~15 FPS on a build like that which is mentioned in the lower left of the screen…(GTX 680 w/ an I5-2500).

Don’t forget he is using some tools like fraps so that he can register the video, these tools are really hard on the process, etc…
This new formation seems really awesome. It really change how works the centurion and is really better for teamplayn and for your own centurion build. Even in pvp you just have to use it to buff your team ^^ And everyone can use skills in this one! I hope they will rethink a little about the Centu’s skills to make it better for party purpose and less good for botting purpose ^^

From what I can tell, it’s just a buff and allow the centurion’s team member to freely use their skills. Whereas before, they were not able to use their skills because they were inside a formation.
Wow, in some older centurion gameplay videos, mounted character will automatically mounted down if join in formation.
Yeah if you can now stay on mount while on formation it’s pretty cool, for cataphract and schwarz. This + the new formation makes me wonder if i will make back my cataphract+centurion build. Have to think about it (or take dragoon maybe if it’s funnier than cataphract °°)
No, Special Force formation reduces cooldown of all skills by 50%.
Things that worries me based on this video:
- The Cent only uses lv 1 Conscript (4 slots for members to join)
- After using Special Force, the Cent basically doesn’t use another Cent skill at all.
Well if they rework skills to works better it will change i think. But yeah right now it’s pretty sad that he only uses two skills : conrscript + Special Force Formation. But maybe this new skill is just a test to see how this new formation style applies to players gameplay and to think about the other centurions skills after that ^^
For Conscript lvl 1, yeah for now having it higher is useless. But it’s for now, if there are features like 10man donjons or raids or things like that later in the game, maybe you’ll need higher level on conscript ^^
