Two weeks, not two months, but it is still difficult.
There is a workaround some people are using. When in a party, stand far away from the person who is the designated Quest Triggerer™. Then, when they do their thing, the others should be warped over, and can move.
Tedious? Sure. Better than relogging? Much. It’ll work until they fix it, hopefully soon.
