Erm… Assuming this isn’t happening to more people, it appears to be a simple broken texture. Close the client and close Steam completely. I’m assuming something in the patch didn’t update properly, and maybe doing that will force it to fix itself.
Just an assumption though, but usually clients are built to fix any corrupted/damaged, and/or missing/removed/modified files… Though something tells me this one isn’t that sophisticated…
