Pardoner with huge amount of Money selling buffs on loss just to destroy other players shops

  • Reason for report : Selling buffs under-prices, all Fedimian pardoner quitted the city.

  • Server : Fedimian

  • Team Name : Stricksocke

  • Location : Fedimian

  • Approximate date / time (EDT) : 04:44

  • Evidence : No achievement, even no “hunter achievement” Still 225 base level. How did he levelled? Even if it would be possible: Is a safe behavior doing so?

Additional comments:
he is someone with huge money preventing all the other players to open shops. If people with most of money do this way the game dies.

This is free market anyone can set any price he wants. Stop QQ

it’s not QQ. they said we can report people who sells buffs to 800K so i guess i can report people who sells buffs to 240s.

If people with 200Million stored sells buffs at this price all others will quit the game.
It IMC thinks the same way of you it’s ok. It’s the reason i am asking.

Just: how someone can do the 225 without even the Hunter achievment?

Months ago people reported who sells buffs at 500s.
Why now is different? o:

The GMs can do nothing about this. They can’t even do something about the “Scammer” shops that put 80k each buff, trying to bait distracted people.

Just open your Shop in a Grinding place, like Alemeth Forest or any Dungeon Entrances. It’s much better than competing with these guys at the cities that doesn’t care about silver anymore.

who benefits from cheap buffs? people do. who benefits from making a small profit for selling buffs? people do. so what is the difference? some people lose money and some people gain cheaper buffs.

irl in my city it is against the law to give food, clothing and blankets to homeless people. that my friends is what is called “madness”.

cheaters are assholes but there are legit kind people out there giving non profit buffs and repairs. that makes the new people think “oh wow that is nice of them. there are cool people in this game.” there are pros and cons to most things. you’re a jerk if you report the people saying “merry christmas! non-profit gem roasting”.

yes yes in a free market you will have to find a niche or you might be rendered obsolete. I receive non-profit buffs and other people still manage to make money off of me because I don’t always wanna warp to where the cheap buffs are. convenience plays a factor. gitgud

I will only talk about the price of Blessing, i think it still a normal price for that buff, that crap uses the buyer INT and SPR instead of the seller, so if you buy it with swordie, it will get the minimum damage (80 or something with max attributes).

As others stated, it’s free market, they add the price they want.

But that behavior is sure, at least for me, a cartel, one char used as sacrifice to cause problems to others, trying to make others stop selling in the city then when no one is selling there they start doing business normally.

But in all honesty, it is too much of a pain in the ass just for that.

this is not a loss, it cost exactly 500 silver to even out. i wish all buff shop were this price

rank 7~ 8 will come soon! Cheer me on!

Seizing the thread, I have meet a pardoner trying to bait inattentive players, to get profit. Is this kind of behavior acceptable? Please @GM_Francis give us an answer. (I think that imc devs could implement a range of prices that sellers classes can set the price)

I think leeching is acceptable in this game. my wife has a pardoner and squire that I helped leeched to an appropriate level so they can just sit their ass down and earn some silvers for her main character.

Also, it’s your fault if you get scammed. learn to read kek.

don’t mind about leeching since one player is doing all the work anyways
but bots… no one does the work lol afk

Doesn’t seem illegal but I would hate to lose my money like that…
What server is this?

Silute. I know that the actual system allows players to do such thing. However it’s clearly unfair, I think we must point these fails of the system, so the devs can think in a way of implement a mechanism that block those actions.

Devs aren’t blocking bots or macros, keep dreaming kid.

I guess it does seem unfair. I don’t think any system would work since its unlimited to how they sell low, middle, or high, but instead have a second confirmation button that said, you agree to pay (number amount) then proceed “space bar” otherwise, it’s a hassle…
