Discerning evil works with incineration ?

i have and it really works
But u have to iniciate incinarate and to iniciate it must have at least 1 debuff on the target and then after use the discerning evil

Yes there is a plague doctor build all about stacking debuffs and discerning evil.
Can you share that build ?
I don’t have it on me as it is not a build i use personally but i have read about it when people started messing with it on Ktos. Its somewhere on these forums but unfortunately i don’t know exactly where
